How much to feed daily depends on your dog’s age and body weight:

- Puppies (0–6 months) = 2.5% of body weight

- Young dogs (6–18 months) = 1.8–2.0% of body weight

- Adult dogs (1.5–7 years) = 1.2% of body weight

- Senior dogs (7 years or older) = 1% of body weight

This is just a guideline. Your dog’s activity level may require you to adjust the daily food amount up or down as needed.

How do I know if I’m feeding too little or too much?

If your dog is losing weight, you may be feeding too little. Always consult your vet if you notice significant weight loss.

There are several signs of overfeeding. These include:

- Loose stools

- Excessive water consumption

- Restlessness or hyperactivity

Our subscription service is designed to make feeding your dog easy, consistent, and worry-free. When you subscribe, you’ll receive your chosen dog food product(s) automatically every month, so your dog never runs out of the nutrition they love.
 

How It Works
 

• Automatic Deliveries: When you subscribe, your selected product(s) will be delivered to your address every month, on or around the same date.
   

• Billing: Your payment method will be charged automatically each month, prior to dispatch.
   

• Account Management: You can manage your subscription anytime by contacting us directly — including changing products, adjusting quantities, or updating your address.
   

• Commitment: There is no long-term commitment. You can change, or cancel your subscription at any time, subject to the cancellation policy below.
   

Subscription Cancellation Policy
 

We understand that circumstances can change, and we aim to make managing your dog food subscription as simple and flexible as possible.
 

Cancellation Terms
 

• Monthly Subscription: Your subscription renews automatically each month on the same date you originally signed up.
   

• Cancellation Window: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. To avoid being charged for the next month, please cancel at least 1 day before your next scheduled billing date.
   

• Late Cancellations: If you cancel less than 1 day before your next billing date, your cancellation will take effect the following month, and you will still receive (and be charged for) the upcoming order.
   

• Processed & Dispatched Orders: Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be canceled automatically. However, if you no longer want the order, you may return it to us at your own expense. The food must be unopened and in its original condition. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue a refund for the cost of the product (excluding original shipping costs).
   

• Pause or Modify Subscription: If you don’t want to cancel but need a break or want to change your delivery schedule or quantity, you can pause or adjust your subscription anytime from your account.
   

How to Cancel
 

To cancel your subscription:

• Go to the “My Subscriptions” section.

• Click “Cancel Subscription” and follow the prompts.
